Promoter
The promoter is Kindred Wellness Co Pty Ltd, trading as Kindred Pleasure, ABN 39 700 236 899, PO Box 2, Officer VIC 3809, Australia. Competition enquiries: hello@kindredpleasure.com.au. Sar Nimarota is the promotional partner; Kindred Pleasure administers the draw and prizes.
Promotion period
Entries open when the designated giveaway Reel is first published on @40fckingfabulous as a collaboration with @kindredpleasure.au on Monday 19 October 2026. The publication timestamp recorded by Instagram determines the opening time. Entries close at 11:59 pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Sunday 8th November 2026. Entries outside this period are not eligible.
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry with a genuine Instagram account. Directors, employees and contractors involved in administering or promoting the giveaway, Sar Nimarota, and their immediate families are ineligible. Immediate family means a spouse or partner, parent, child or sibling.
How to enter
During the promotion period:
- Follow @kindredwellnessco.au and @40fckingfabulous on Instagram.
- Like the designated giveaway entry Reel.
- Comment KINDRED on that Reel.
All three steps must be completed by the closing time. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Ordinary internet access costs may apply. There is one entry per person, regardless of the number of comments or accounts used. Extra comments do not earn extra entries. Existing followers may enter by completing the remaining steps. A private account is permitted; the promoter may request reasonable evidence that entry requirements were met.
Entries on the carousel, Stories, Facebook posts, direct messages or other posts do not count. No friend tagging, Story sharing, newsletter subscription or purchase is required.
Prizes
Three different winners will each receive:
- one $100 AUD electronic Kindred Pleasure shopping voucher; and
- free standard delivery within Australia on one order using that voucher, with no minimum spend.
Each prize is valued at $109.95 AUD, comprising $100 shopping credit and one standard delivery valued at $9.95. The combined retail prize value is $329.85 AUD, including $300 in shopping credit and $29.85 in standard delivery.
Vouchers can be used at www.kindredpleasure.com.au towards available products, excluding the purchase of other gift cards. A winner may pay any amount above the voucher balance using an accepted payment method. Unspent voucher credit remains available until expiry and need not be spent in one transaction. The voucher expires three years after its date of issue; the actual expiry date will be clearly supplied with it. No activation or account-keeping fee applies.
The free standard-delivery benefit can be used once, on an order using the voucher, at any time before the voucher expires. Later orders are subject to the store's ordinary shipping terms. Express upgrades are not included. The promoter will provide redemption instructions or arrange the delivery benefit manually if needed, without requiring a winner to pay standard delivery.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Product availability may change over the voucher's validity period. Nothing in these terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law. A prize will not be substituted except as permitted by applicable law and with any required winner consent or regulatory approval.
Draw and verification
The draw will be conducted at 12 noon AEDT on Monday 2 November 2026 at the promoter's home office in Officer VIC 3809, Australia.
The promoter will compile the entries from the designated Reel, remove duplicate entries from the same person and select three different winners randomly, without replacement, using a random number generator or random-draw tool. Each valid entry has an equal chance of selection. Winners do not have to be present.
The promoter may request reasonable evidence of age, Australian residency and completion of entry requirements. This information will be requested privately. Automated entries, impersonation and deliberate attempts to enter through multiple accounts may be excluded. Any disqualification will be based on these published rules, with a reasonable opportunity to provide relevant evidence where appropriate. An ineligible selection will be replaced by a random draw from remaining valid entries.
Notification, announcement and delivery
The promoter will contact selected winners by Instagram direct message from @kindredpleasure.au within two business days of the draw. Winners will be asked privately to confirm eligibility and provide an email address for electronic delivery of their prize.
After eligibility is verified, winning Instagram handles will be announced on @kindredpleasure.au in a post inviting @40fckingfabulous as a collaborator, by Friday 6 November 2026. Sar will share the announcement through her Stories and Facebook group. The results will also be available by contacting the promoter. Home addresses, dates of birth and private contact details will not be published.
The voucher and free-delivery instructions will be emailed promptly after verification, with a target of two business days and no later than 28 days after the draw for winners who have provided the necessary details in time. A winner will never be asked to pay a fee or give card details to claim the prize. Winners may verify a message by contacting hello@kindredpleasure.com.au.
Unclaimed prizes
The promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact selected winners, including follow-up contact. A prize that remains unclaimed at 5 pm AEDT on Tuesday 2 February 2027 will be redrawn, subject to applicable law and any necessary regulatory directions.
The redraw will take place at 12 noon AEDT on Wednesday 3 February 2027 at the original draw location, using the same random method and the remaining valid entries, excluding people already awarded a prize. Replacement winners will be contacted within two business days and announced on @kindredpleasure.au by Tuesday 9 February 2027. The same verification and delivery arrangements apply. If a replacement prize remains unclaimed, further reasonable contact efforts and any additional draw will follow applicable law.
Privacy
The promoter will use entrant information to administer the giveaway, validate entries, conduct and document the draw, contact winners, deliver prizes and publish winning Instagram handles. Entry does not subscribe anyone to email marketing. Any marketing subscription is separate and optional.
Information may be shared with service providers assisting with the draw, communication and prize delivery, only as needed for those purposes. Draw and prize records will be retained for three years after the promotion is finalised, or longer if legally required. Access will be restricted, and unnecessary identification material will be deleted when verification and any required retention are complete. Entrants can contact the promoter about access, correction or privacy concerns. The store's privacy policy is available on www.kindredpleasure.com.au.
Platform acknowledgement
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook and Meta from liability arising from this promotion. This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Administration
The promoter will administer the giveaway fairly and in accordance with applicable Australian laws. Any material changes, suspension or cancellation will be subject to applicable law, required regulatory approvals and appropriate notice to entrants. These terms do not exclude consumer guarantees or other non-excludable rights.
