What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer a return option for a change of mind. If there is any issue with any of your order, please get in touch immediately at hello@kindredpleasure.com.au so we can get it sorted out immediately.

We want you to be thrilled with your pleasure investment so if the toy you have chosen isn't working for you within 30 days, you can choose a new option for the same purchase value and just pay the shipping. If your toy is having mechanical issues or just not working how it is supposed to, and you've tried all the tips in the FAQ's, all brands sold by Kindred Pleasure come with a warranty period - so get in touch at hello@kindredpleasure.com.au
